Now you can check your prov­i­dent fund sta­tus online and receive an update from the EPFO (Employee Prov­i­dent Fund Organization).

How to check EPF sta­tus through mobile

Go to the web­site — http://www.epfindia.com/MembBal.html

Select the Office name from the drop down list and click on Submit

Please Note — Data is avail­able for Delhi (North), Delhi (South), Laxmi Nagar (Delhi), Gur­gaon, Farid­abad, Kar­nal and Ban­ga­lore. Remain­ing offices will be added soon.

Fill the Mem­ber Bal­ance Infor­ma­tion and click on Submit.

Users will receive an SMS on the update of PF account bal­ance update as SMS alert on their cell phones.

How to check EPF claim sta­tus online

Apart from this, EPFO has also started track­ing the PF claims online to bring trans­parency to the entire system.

Click on Click here for the sta­tus, this will take you to the Claim Sta­tus Infor­ma­tion page

Fill the Claim sta­tus infor­ma­tion page to check the sta­tus of PF claim.
