How to pay your HSBC Credit card bills?

HSBC pro­vides 11 options to its credit card users to make credit card payment.

Option 1 — Pay HSBC Credit card bills

Stand­ing Instructions:

Issue stand­ing instruc­tions to debit your HSBC savings/current account.

This option is only avail­able to HSBC account hold­ers only

Option 2 — Pay HSBC Credit card bills

Elec­tronic Clear­ing System:

Autho­rize HSBC to debit an account that you hold with any other bank.

Option avail­able in select cities only. For cheque pickup request your credit card account will be charged Rs.35 per pickup request exe­cuted suc­cess­fully or any other sum as may be decided from time to time.

Option 3 — Pay HSBC Credit card bills

Inter­net Banking:

Pay online by log­ging onto HSBC Per­sonal Inter­net Banking.

This option is only avail­able to HSBC account hold­ers only

Option 4 — Pay HSBC Credit card bills

Phone Bank­ing:

Make a PIN ver­i­fied call and make your pay­ment over the phone.

This option is only avail­able to HSBC account hold­ers only.

Option 5 — Pay HSBC Credit card bills

Drop boxes:

Drop your draft/cheque at your near­est Sky­pak or MINC drop boxes. Visit www.hsbc.co.in for an exhaus­tive list of the Sky­pak drop boxes.

It is sug­gested to drop the cheque in HSBC cheque drop box directly rather than using Sky­pak drop boxes.

Option 6 — Pay HSBC Credit card bills

Cheque Pickup**:

To request a cheque pickup, call 1800 112888 from MTNL/BSNL or (STD code) 30306200 from any other phones.
Option avail­able in select cities only. For cheque pickup request your credit card account will be charged Rs.35 per pickup request exe­cuted suc­cess­fully or any other sum as may be decided from time to time.

Option 7 — Pay HSBC Credit card bills

Mail Cheque/Draft:

Mail your cheque/draft to your near­est HSBC branch. Log on to www.hsbc.co.in to view a list of our branches.

Option 8 — Pay HSBC Credit card bills

Through ATMs:

Deposit cash or cheque at any HSBC ATM in India. You could also make an ATM Funds Transfer.

Option 9 — Pay HSBC Credit card bills

Over the Counter+:

Quote your card num­ber and pay by cash or cheque at any HSBC branch in India.
A ‘Cash Pay­ment Charge’ of Rs.100, or any other sum as may be decided from time to time, will be levied for HSBC Credit Card bill pay­ments made in cash at HSBC branches & drop boxes.

Option 10 — Pay HSBC Credit card bills

National Elec­tronic Funds Transfer:

Make a pay­ment towards your HSBC Credit Card account via National Elec­tronic Fund Trans­fer (NEFT), men­tion­ing the com­plete 16 digit HSBC Credit Card num­ber. The IFSC code for HSBC is HSBC0400002.

Option 11 — Pay HSBC Credit card bills

VISA Money Transfer^:

Trans­fer money from your bank account to your HSBC VISA Credit Card online using VISA Money Trans­fer. Please check with your bank, where you main­tain your account, for more details on this pay­ment option.
This facil­ity is for HSBC VISA Credit Card­hold­ers only.
